Why is the city giving away property to the developers?
Can a city council member or city employee please explain why the city would give away this small parcel of land instead of charging for it or demanding a better or different development?

The property noted above is owned by the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board. This property was sold and transferred to the JPB as part of the grade separation project.
