• You get 5-0 votes for a burger joint when the GESC polling shows that only 15% of the people voting thought that the burger joint would be a good idea.
  • 39.4% of people responding felt that in and out burger would add traffic and trash to the Holly Street exit and create unwanted symbolism for the main entrance into San Carlos.
  • Another 30% felt that it would promotes an unsustainable lifestyle focusing on automobiles and corporate agribusiness
  • And 15% felt that it would make biking and walking from San Carlos to Redwood Shores more dangerous.

Essentially 85% of the respondents had negative reactions to an In and Out Burger restaurant in our community.
