San Carlos General Plan 2030

Many residents have expressed interest in the San Carlos General Plan.  Unfortunately, the city splits documents into a million little files which makes it extremely difficult for citizens to read through the documents that the city creates.  I’ll write an editorial about this in the future, but suffice to say, I feel that this technique (splitting up reports into many files makes it very difficult for citizens to review the city’s documentation.
